The Families of Nazareth Movement is an approved international Catholic spiritual movement that began with college students in Poland in the 1980s and has been present in the United States for over two decades. Its charism is entrustment to God through the Blessed Virgin Mary, helping individuals and families grow in holiness through the spirituality of Nazareth—discovering God in daily life with humility, simplicity, and deep trust in God’s will.

The movement in the U.S. is organized into five regions and includes more than 50 animators serving approximately 350 members. The Mountain Region, which includes Colorado, is the most active region with more than 100 participants.
